What is your Shipping Policy?
All orders come with FREE GLOBAL shipping. Free shipping usually arrives in 4–7 days. Shipping via UPS, FedEx or DHL.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and the item must be in brand new condition. Also, note that it takes 6–10 days to receive the money back in your account after a return is initiated.
Also in the unlikely event of any problems with your bag, just let us know. We’re in it for the long haul and will make sure you get your bag repaired and back to you as soon as possible.
